"Having worked in the property industry for 25 years, I transitioned from Estate & Letting agency into property development.  After years of advising other property professionals and investors on how to make the most from their investments, I started investing in my own family's future by acquiring, renovating and selling residential properties.  This activity fuelled my passion for development and led me to start RELM Developments.

I have seen thousands of properties over my career, which has given me a fantastic insight and understanding of the end user's requirements.  I've spent many years working with contractors on development projects and understand how to run a team of professionals to bring a project to light.  I also advise investors on property investment strategies as well as developers on exit strategies for off market sales.

Working in the property development sector and with my appointment as a specialist working with Leeds PIN (the Property Investors Network), I have had the pleasure of speaking in front of large numbers of industry experts over the years, and through these interactions and contacts, I have been able to bring together our Professional Technical Team.  These individuals have decades of specialist industry experience within their chosen fields.  Together they help me to carryout my vision to deliver exceptional homes for the end user and great returns for our investors."
